We hold the buyer's funds in a regulated account until both sides confirm the deal is done. Neither party can touch the money in the meantime.
How long do disputes take?+
Most disputes are resolved within a few business days. Mediation timelines and SLAs are published in the app and on each order.

What happens if the seller never delivers?+
After the agreed timeout, the buyer can request a refund. We review evidence and release funds back to the buyer's wallet if appropriate.

Ahadi is mobile-first but designed to work on low-end devices and unreliable connections.
Is my money safe?+
Wallet balances are held with regulated partners under arrangements designed to keep customer funds separate from operating funds.
