For sellers & receivers

Close every sale
with confidence.

Send buyers to Ahadi and stop worrying about fake payments, ghosted deliveries, or “I already sent it.” We hold the money in escrow, you deliver with proof, and the payout hits your M-Pesa or bank once the buyer confirms.

How it works

Create deal → buyer pays → deliver → confirm → get paid.

Create your deal

Set a price, describe what you’re selling, and get a shareable Ahadi link. Works for one-off sales, invoices, or donation-style requests.

Buyer pays into escrow

The buyer pays by M-Pesa, bank, or card. The money is held safely — visible to both of you, controlled by neither.

Deliver the item

Send or hand over the item as usual. Snap a photo, share a tracking number, or keep the chat history for proof.

Buyer confirms delivery

Once the buyer taps ‘Confirm delivery’, the escrow releases automatically. If they don’t respond, the order auto-releases after a set window.

You receive the money

The payout lands in your M-Pesa or bank account, minus a small transparent fee. No chasing, no fake screenshots.

What buyers see

The escrow promise, in plain words.

Buyers pay you more confidently when they know exactly how their money is protected. Here's the version you can point them to.

Ahadi holds the money — not the seller

When a buyer pays, the money goes into a separate Ahadi account. The seller can see it's there, but can't touch it. Ahadi is a neutral middle-person for both sides.

Released only when the buyer is happy

Funds go to the seller when the buyer confirms they got what they paid for — or if the agreed inspection window passes with no complaint. Terms are locked at the moment of payment so no-one can quietly change the deal.

Refunded if the deal falls through

If the seller cancels, the deal expires without delivery, or a dispute is decided in the buyer's favour, the money goes back to the buyer's original payment method.

A calm way to handle disputes

Either side can open a dispute before the inspection window closes. The money is frozen, both sides share evidence, and our team makes a fair call — release, refund, or split.

Why sellers use Ahadi

Sell without the stress.

Proof of payment

Every buyer gets a verified Ahadi receipt. No more fake M-Pesa SMS screenshots or “I sent it already” arguments.

Fewer fake buyers

Buyers put money into escrow before you deliver, so window shoppers and scammers waste someone else’s time.

Safer delivery

Funds are locked before you ship. If something goes wrong, the money stays paused while we help both sides sort it out.

Reputation building

Every successful sale adds to your public trust score. New buyers can check your profile and pay faster.

Fees

One simple fee when a sale completes.

Seller fee
2.8%

Charged per completed order — only when the buyer confirms delivery and the escrow releases. No monthly fees, no setup costs, and no charge for cancelled or unpaid orders.
