1. Strictly necessary
These are required for the app to work. You can't opt out without breaking sign-in.
- Session — keeps you signed in securely across pages.
- Auth token — proves who you are to our backend.
- CSRF token — protects sensitive actions like payouts and dispute submissions.
- Preferences — remembers your language, theme, and currency (KES) settings.
2. Security and fraud prevention
- Device fingerprint — helps us spot compromised accounts and suspicious deals.
- Rate-limit markers — protect the app from abuse and brute-force attacks.
3. Analytics (aggregated)
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are used and where people get stuck. Data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.
4. Marketing
Ahadi does not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If that changes we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
5. Controlling cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in or completing a payment. For deeper control, most browsers offer a "site data" panel where you can remove Ahadi's storage entirely.
6. Changes
We'll update this page whenever we add or remove a category of cookie. Material changes will also be announced in-app.
